Update a webhook job.

The environment(s) to which Telematica should send the callback. Leave empty to receive callbacks to all the environments.

The config data for the webhook

The jobId of the job to update

boolean

If true, the job will be activated. If false, the job will be deactivated. If not provided, the job will remain in its current state.
